Ozan Aydogan

Growing up in a family of storytellers, Ozan Aydogan (Alkmaar, 1993) gets fascinated by the arts at a young age. He starts writing at the age of eight, at eighteen he falls in love with acting and years later he discovers photography, immediately winning the Weekly Selection competition of The Analog Club. In his photographic work he tries to remain unnoticed by his subjects in order to create images that feel raw and intimate.

Ozan is a part of Toneelgroep Maastricht’s artistic team, where he currently writes his monologue Gisteren ben ik gelukkig (Yesterday I Am Happy), which will be touring in theaters end 2027. Ozan is also writing his debut novel, which is expected to be published in 2026.
