Victor Schiferli (1967) is the author of four collections of poetry and one novel. In 2015 he published De man van vroeger, a collection of poems and photographs. He has been taking photographs since he was thirteen but only recently started to share his work. Some of his portraits have appeared in newspapers and magazines.
His work mainly consists of documentary and street photography. He lives on the countryside in a rural village and takes pictures of windows, strange lights, cables and corpse, lonely animals, and empty landscapes.
