Paul le Clercq (The Hague,1965) is a photographer and a dealer in (high-end) midcentury furniture.

After graduating as a tailor at the M.T.S mode & Kleding he studied Architectural Design at the Gerrit Rietveld Akademie
He worked as a freelance production assistant for various commercial productions and as a documentary, portrait and news photographer ( e.g. Het Parool , Belastingdienst).

In addition to his Commercial work, Le Clercq compiled several photo books with a focus on daily life and his immediate surroundings. Both fotos shown here are from his series Taxon, for which he found inspiration in the world of insects.
