Strength and vulnerability, distance and intimacy, desire and doubt. These are apparent contradictions that, in my eyes, go hand in hand. Within my work as an autonomous photographer I explore these paradoxes, the common thread being my vision on femininity; thus my portfolio is an ode to women in all their facets. My aesthetic and poetic images each contain a deeper layer of content with which I stimulate the viewer to reflect. With my intuitive and connecting way of working, I strive to get close to the subject, creating authentic and poignant images.

My photography serves first of all as a personal quest regarding intimate feelings, thoughts, desires and dreams, which is why my images can in a certain sense be considered self-portraits. On the other hand, by using socially relevant and universal themes, I invite the viewer to self-reflect.
